[repo-coord] New domain

Hi all,

(Not sure if this is the place for this sort of thing, but it ensures it
gets to everyone who might want to know.)

As of yesterday I've got my repo up on it's own domain at www.nrpms.net
(new fancy html/css to come).

All the appropriate redirects are in place but thought you might want to
update your links/apt/yum configs (assuming some/any of you link to
me/use the repo).

If anyone has any questions and don't want it on-list, feel free to mail
me at ***@nrpms.net.

Do you want me to change the bugzilla component from "Matt" to "nrpms"?

I've change the repo URLs in the package config rpm, it will show up later.
