[repo-coord] medley of packages: 7244 packages for FC4/i386

Hi,

I modified the medley-package-config to include all known repos (if I
missed anything, please let me know! Especially for older
distributions).

All repos are equally enabled, but some subrepos explicitely labeled
as experimental/bleeding/development etc.

BEWARE: The collection now even includes repos that are known to not
check on compatibility against anything outside their scope. This
means that this package configuration could be rather adventurous for
the typical user. A more experienced user can always
activate/deactivate repos, set weights and priorities, do pinning
etc., but the repo config is shipped as is.

I.e. only use it if you are willing to deal with potential
compatibility issues, which - given the number of packages - will
certainly exist. This repo config should only be recommended to power
users, the typical user should not use it (unless all repos cooperate
nicely one day, but I have lost hope).

The upside of this equation is a total of 7244 packages for FC4/i386
as counted by smart (which truly accesses all repos, even apt-only and
yum-only repos). This number is impressive, as some repos haven't made
it to FC4 yet, or have only partial support for FC4.

The x86_64 platform or the RHEL distributions have far less packages,
and ppc isn't even dealt with (patches welcome! Best from someone with
a ppc repo ;)

The package config is for apt/yum/smart/update, with smart being the
recommended package manager, as it can access all repos, and seems to
be handling package conflicts best.
